The Istana Ballroom has been dressing Malay weddings since 2019. Istana 3 and Istana 4 opened at KINEX in February 2025, side by side on Level 3, with a partition between them that comes down when you need one room instead of two.
Moments by The Istana is the same floor, the same kitchen and the same team, opened up to corporate days, social gatherings and thematic events.

What the room holds
Nikah, bersanding and kenduri on one floor, with a pelamin on the main dais, a halal kitchen and bridal suites off the hall.
Theatre, classroom or banquet seating for a conference, a dinner or an awards night, with the lobby outside for registration.
Birthdays, aqiqah, engagements and family dinners, in one hall or across both.
A hall dressed to a single theme, with the lighting and decor set to your brief.
